I Do

Insight is such a personal thing
that I can question its existence.
We know we have insight.
We have it on the same subjects,
but we look from different points
and see opposite conclusions.
When I have insight contrary to yours it frustrates me.
"If only I could make you understand!"
If no one sees what I see,
or if by someday,
the majority in the flow of history
have not seen what I see,
then I really don't have insight.
History says,
what worked worked;
what failed failed.
Simple!
But who can tell the difference?
The one with insight!
Who has the insight?
Don't ask,
because the answer from all quarters is, "I do."
